Applicants without ICAO English Proficiency Level 4, Level 5, or Level 6 cannot apply and do not enter the manual review queue. This is a non-negotiable safety and communication standard.

Minimum qualifications before review.

FAA Certificate

Valid FAA certificate

CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP, or Commercial certificate number required. Admin must verify through FAA Airmen Registry before approval.

Status

Active and in good standing

You must confirm your FAA certificate is currently active with no suspension or revocation.

English

ICAO Level 4+

ICAO certificate reference or issuing authority and expiry date are required. Below Level 4 is automatically rejected.

How Payment Works

FAAForeignPilot takes 25-30% to cover platform costs, student matching, payment handling, and credential verification. You keep 70-75% of every session, with no cost to find students yourself. Payouts are based on certificate level and session type — see the breakdown below.
